Paragraphs is as a Gold Open Access publishing, accepted article for publication by our editors after following rigorous peer-review, will immediate online access to the scholarly literature for anyone in the world to read, distribute and reuse. The Article Processing Charge (APC) invoice will only be issued after your article has acceptance notification in this journal. The APC is costs associated with publishing such as the costs of hosting, distributing, and database process. There are no additional fees (for example submission charges, page charges, or color charges). APCs are payable within 10 days of the final invoice date. However, at this moment the APC for the journal is still free for all authors.
 

Value Added Tax

Paragraphs is based in Brunei Darussalam and must charge a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) on qualifying transactions. Where applicable, the VAT will be in addition to the APC fees indicated above. IDN VAT applies when we supply services to individuals or organizations.
